If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation, if a reservation is canceled 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all deposits or monies paid can be transferred to an alternate open date.
If the reservation is canceled less than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival, we will make every effort possible to re-reserve the cabin or campsite for the reserved dates. If we are able to rent the cabin or site, a $25 change/cancellation fee will be charged, and the remainder of the deposit or monies paid may be applied to an alternate open date. However, if the cabin or campsite is not re-rented for the original reserved days, the original customer is responsible for the entire reservation total, and will not qualify for any of the deposits or monies paid to be applied to an alternate date.
Refunds are not given, this includes early departures, reduction of stay, or inclement weather.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of the reservation, and will not qualify for deposits or monies paid to be applied to alternate dates.
